On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of its founding, the Albanian Academy of Arts and Sciences (AAAS), organized a festive gala evening in Tirana, which was attended by members of this Academy, as well as invited professors and artists from Albania, Kosovo and Northern Macedonia. With a special invitation from Prof. Dr. Ksenofon Krisafi (former president), the event was attended by the Rector of UHZ, Prof. Dr. Armand Krasniqi.
Present at this festive jubilee evening were also the Head of the Albanian Parliament, Mrs. Lindita Nikolla, President of the Academy of Sciences of Albania Prof.dr. Skënder Gjinushi, rectors of universities of the three countries, etc. With an impressive speech, the participants were cordially greeted by the newly elected President of (AAAS), Prof. dr. Fatos Tarifa. Rector Krasniqi highly praised the contribution of this institution in the field of art and science throughout the region.
“Haxhi Zeka” University, has a cooperation agreement with the Albanian Academy of Arts and Sciences, in Tirana and in the future is expected the joint implementation of activities with mutual interests between the two institutions.
