Katër studentë të UHZ-së: Agnesa Boshnjaku (studente në Informatikë Biznesi), Erseka Jakupi (studente në Menaxhim Biznesi), Valentina Murati (studente në Menaxhim të Burimeve Njerëzore) dhe Yll Boshnjaku (student në Informatikë Biznesi) të udhëhequr nga Prof.dr. Edmond Beqiri, marrin pjesë në Programin Evropian në temën: “Design thinking in the search for innovative solutions in an international environment”.
Studentët dhe profesori janë të përzgjedhur pas aplikimit në Konkurs të shpallur në Web-faqen e UHZ-së. Rekrutimi është bërë nga ekspertët Evropian të Programit SPINAKER – Intensive International Education Programs. Projekti intensiv 3-javor, është i organizuar nga Universiteti Teknologjik, Fakulteti i Menaxhmentit dhe Organizimit në Lòdz të Polonisë.
Programi që përfundon me 9 ECTS pikë të fituara, zhvillohet në sistemin “të mësuarit e përzier (hibrid)” – një pjesë e orëve mbahen nga distanca dhe një pjesë e orëve mbahen me pjesëmarrje fizike, qëndrim njëjavor në Universitetin e Teknologisë në Lódz të Polonisë, duke përfshirë: seminare, simulimet dhe vizitat në kompani).
Pjesa e dytë e Programit me studentët dhe profesorin e UHZ-së, vazhdon prej datës 26.06.2023 deri më 15.07.2023. Në javën e parë ligjëratat u mbajtën online, gjatë javës së dytë, nga 02.07.2023 – 09.07.2023, Projekti zhvillohet me pjesëmarrjen personale në Poloni dhe gjatë javës së tretë përfundon me aktivitetet online.
Projekti u drejtohet studentëve të fakulteteve të biznesit nga universitetet evropiane. Në këtë edicion marrin pjesë 22 studentë nga: Italia, Kroacia, Kosova, Turqia, Skotlanda, Çekia dhe Polonia, së bashku me nga një profesor nga Universitetet e këtyre 7 vendeve evropiane.
Prof.dr. Edmond Beqiri gjatë muajit Prill 2023 ka mbajtur nga distanca ligjëratën në temën: “Design and Management of study Program based on the student workload”, ndërsa më 04.07.2023 prezantoi me pjesëmarrje personale ligjëratën tjetër në temën: “Integrating Design Thinking into organizations”. Vlen të përmendet që përfaqësuesit e UHZ-së, janë shumë të angazhuar dhe kreativë në 4 ekipet 3-anëtarëshe ku marrin pjesë, dhe me kompetencë të plotë janë pjesëmarrës të Projektit që përdorë metoda moderne të mësimdhënies dhe simulim kompjuterik.

Mobility of the UHZ students and staff at University of Technology in Lodz, Poland
Four UHZ students: Agnesa Boshnjaku (student of Business Infomatics), Erseka Jakupi (student of Business Management), Valentina Murati (student of Human Resources Management) and Yll Boshnjaku (student of Business Informatics) led by Prof.dr. Edmond Beqiri, are part of the European Program on the topic: “Design thinking in the search for innovative solutions in an international environment”.
Students and professor are selected after applying in the Competition announced on the UHZ website. The recruitment was made by the European experts of the SPINAKER Program – Intensive International Education Programs. The 3-week intensive project is organized at the Technological University, Faculty of Management and Organization in Lodz, Poland.
The program that ends with 9 ECTS credits earned, is held in the “hybrid” system – part of the hours are held remotely and part of the hours are held in person, with one-week stay at the Lódz University of Technology in Poland, including: seminars, simulations and company visits. The second part of the Program with the students and professor of UHZ, continues from 26.06.2023 to 15.07.2023. In the first week the lectures were held online, during the second week, from 02.07.2023 – 09.07.2023, with a personal appearance in Poland and during the third week it ends with online activities.
The project is aimed for students of business faculties from European universities. In this edition of the Project, 22 students from: Italy, Croatia, Kosovo, Turkey, Scotland, the Czech Republic and Poland, together with a professor from their 7 European Universities, are participate in the Program.
Prof. Edmond Beqiri during the month of April 2023 delivered the lecture remotely on the topic: “Design and Management of Study Program based on the student workload”, while on 04.07.2023 he presented another lecture on the topic: “Integrating Design Thinking into Organizations” with a personal lecture in Poland. It is worth noting that UHZ representatives were very hardworking and creative in the 4 of 3-member teams that participate, and they were fully competent in the project using modern teaching methods and computer simulation.
