UHZ management met today with the head of the Municipality of Peja at a high level. UHZ Rector Prof.dr.Armand Krasniqi, accompanied by Vice Rector Prof.dr. Edmond Beqiri and his counselor Dr.sc. Driton Sylqa officially visited the senior executive of the Municipality of Peja, respectively the mayor Mr. Gazmend Muhaxheri, the deputy mayor Mr. Fatmir Asllani and the director Mr. Besim Avdimetaj.
Initially, Rector Krasniqi congratulated the mayor for the new mandate, and wished him good work and many successes in the next four years of local government. The Rector unveiled the vision of the development of the university through relevant projects, as well as the upcoming activities in order to further affirm the UHZ. Among other things, the close cooperation of the Municipality of Peja was requested for the realization of such activities that will be organized for the end of the year, but also during the next year.
Mayor Muhaxheri assured the Rector that the institutional support and assistance of the Municipality of Peja towards the advancement of the academic processes of the university will be permanent and unsparing within the operating frameworks. The confirmation of the support of the Municipality of Peja in relation to the university was highly appreciated by the UHZ management.
