The intensive training for UHZ academic staff on “Advancement of Teaching Methods in Higher Education” was completed successfully today. The training was supported by HERAS PLUS with funding from the Austrian Development Agency and conducted by experts from the Czech foundation CERGE-EI. After the evaluation process the beneficiaries of the training are 19 professors from the five academic units of UHZ. The certified professors can share the knowledge gained to other colleagues in the respective faculties through the Centre of Excellence. The impressions of the training experts were very positive regarding the performance, involvement and creativity of the professors during the training. On the other hand, the professors from UHZ are satisfied with the training. On behalf of all UHZ academic staff, the dean of the law faculty prof.asoc.dr. Avdullah Robaj said his thankful speech. He appreciated the commitment of experts and expressed gratitude to the organizing institutions involved in this project.
This activity was implemented within the Memorandum of Understanding between HERAS + and UHZ and earmarked support that HERAS+ provides to UHZ.
